An estimated 100 million credit/debit cards have been affected in what may be the largest compromise ever.

Customers At Risk Of Credit Card Security Breach

Payments processor Heartland Payment Systems Inc. said the system they used to process Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card transactions was breached last year.

The Wall Street Journal reported the data compromised included card numbers, expiration dates and internal bank codes, all of which could be used to duplicate cards.

The site considers how and where you use your phone, the remaining length of your contract and finds the best deals for you. Users can also "import" their bill directly from their current cell phone company.

Founder Shwark Satyavolu developed the site after trying to pick a phone for his family, "It's really hard to compare these things as apples to apples, because they are kind of defined in a way that makes them really hard to compare."

Bill-Shrink also finds the best deals for credit cards. The research is based on several factors, including: whether you carry a balance, your approximate credit rating and how much you spend each month.

If you carry a balance, the site will recommend a card that the "least expensive." If you do not carry a balance, Bill-Shrink will recommend a card with the "best reward deal."

Again, there is no charge to use Bill-Shrink. The company earns a fee if you switch to one of the cell phone plans or credit cards that it recommends.
